Chef Selection Process

The Farm & Table Chefs Taste Challenge Committee will review the applications and select a preliminary group of finalists who will represent the southern region of the country in the final round of voting.

The finalists will have seven days to solicit as many online votes as possible. The amount of votes received will be a factor in the final chef selection.

The voting period will end and the ten final chefs will be invited to participate in the Taste Challenge dinner on September 8th in New Orleans (airfare and accommodations will be included for each Head Chef and their Sous Chef).
