The fourth annual Farm & Table Chefs Taste Challenge (CTC), September 7, 2018, is a fun, fresh take on a food competition aimed at broadening awareness for the use of healthy, sustainable ingredients in preparing food. The 2018 event will feature several new additions to the competition. This year’s version will feature a face-off between the best farm to table chefs in New Orleans versus the best farm to table chefs in the Gulf Coast in a Pro-Am style competition. The Gulf Coast team will include the following states: AL, FL, LA, MS, and TX.
The dinner will be judged by a panel of industry-renowned judges who, along with event attendees, will be asked to vote for their favorite dishes. The winning chefs (as voted by the panel of judges) will receive awards along with a “fan favorite” winner as selected by the audience.
Any profits will support Farm & Table New Orleans and the National Farm to Table Alliance.
